Village Development
The developer requested a staging of two empty rooms to see if these furnishings would activate
sales, which were lagging. Some fresh, colorful bedding, accessories, new sofa with tapestry
and matching window treatments made the difference here.

Riverside
Using the owner's exisitng furnishings, we added a mirror wall, upholstered panels and a chandelier.
Mirrors increased the sense of space and the condo appeared larger to the buyer. We added new
bedding, throw pillows, matching window treatments and art. The condo sold furnished one month later.

The Overlook Development
This developer turned over an empty condo to our team. The development was not selling well unfurnished.
We developed a simple, clean color scheme, added kitchen accessories and furniture so the buyer could
imagine the potential of living in these spaces. Soon after they sold four units within three weeks.

Fireside Chalet: Before & After
This buyer came to us with a furnished investment property in the Great Smoky Mountains.
It was on the market for more than 18 months. InnerImages eliminated the colorless,
nondescript environment. We installed colorful bedding, window treatments and new furniture
in the bedroom. The living room / kitchen were upgraded with art and accessories, some accent
wall paper, fresh paint and new sleeper sofa and furnishings in the living room. The cabin sold within 60 days.
